    Channing is a passionate professional with over fifteen years of experience empowering clients to address and resolve their personal social, and psychological challenges in the Maryland and Washington D.C. area.

    BUSINESS MANAGER

    With over fifteen years of experience working in fashion retail, image consulting, and nearly 8 years experience as a small business owner, Danielle authentically discovers creative new ways to bring business visions into reality.

  • Veronica Andrews

    ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

    Veronica received a BA in Spanish Language and Literature with a minor in Business. Veronica has strong knowledge in translation and interpretation, as well as project management, and is author to two children’s books (English and Spanish) to be released this fall.

Embracing The True You

We typically utilize cognitive behavioral, person-centered, solution focused, and mindfulness approaches within therapy sessions. We enjoy creating an atmosphere where clients can identify and become their true selves. It is our belief that sometimes experiences in life can taint one’s genuine self and cause them to develop defense mechanisms that prevent their true nature from being shared with the world. We have a passion for helping others to navigate through life’s experiences and difficulties in order to embrace and nurture their true identity. Clients can expect to be in a nonjudgmental environment where they can be heard and free to express themselves.
